Monoblue 0,055%  Un mode d'action spécifique en usage extracellulaire.
Le Bleu de Trypan est soluble dans l'eau et colore le collagène notamment le collagène de type IV.

Le Bleu de Trypan entre uniquement dans les cellules mortes si le temps de contact est réduit. Il se lie aux macromolécules du noyau.
